Personality: Rashida is one of her own intentions, she'll take orders but won't hesitate to elaborate or improvise. What she lacks in strength and power, she gains in cleverness, and is mainly known for her battle strategy and rather outsmarting her enemies than defeating them in battle. Though she very well has the ability to talk and bargain her way out of any tight situation, she won't hesitate to pull her blade on anyone who appears to be a threat. She'll never lose an argument, one way or another, she'll get you to see things her way, she knows how to turn the tables to her favor. She's sarcastic and arrogant, but once you've won her respect, she will remain loyal.

Brief background: Rashida's father was a well respected officer and she was born into a wealthy family. However, as her father was expected to carry on his lineage, he would train his first born male, though she and her sister were the only small littler her mother had before becoming sterile. At first, her father was in dismay and practically neglected his two daughters, though Rashida saw this and was determined to prove that she could carry on her father's traits as a general, not really because she wanted to make her father proud, but rather because she wouldn't stand to be in such degradation. Her father refused to train her, so day after day she would watch other soldiers and guards train, copying all of their strategies and moves. Slowly though, her family began to lose money, for her father was too old to remain a general and her sister was making little money as she followed her mother's traits as a musician. This was mainly when she developed her bargaining skills. She would visit the markets daily and haggle over prices, sometimes getting to do a job for a craftsmen rather than pay. She found she had a knack for gambling and with practice became quite good at thieving small items she could use to pay for food. She continued this lifestyle until she was caught by a palace guard when stealing from a craftsmen. She was caught by the guard, though once she had shown her fighting skills and battle strategy, the guard took her in as his apprentice. Her parents soon after died, her sister had run away with some beloved to live a fairy tale of sorts, and she took up her mentor's duty as guard when he died, usually working a night shift, until later when she was promoted to general.

Other: She uses her scarf so that in daylight, her right eye is adjusted to bright places and lights, and at night or in dark caves her left eye is kept very well adjusted to the dark.

Role-play example: Rashida crept silently down the dark and empty streets, which had only just earlier been teeming with life. The street venders selling whatever the craftsmen made, traveling musicians music intertwining with the sound of cats buying from the venders. But now, now there was no one. Only her. But she enjoyed the loneliness, the pulchritude of being able to look at the same streets which had been loud and busy, now fallen silent. She leaped up onto an empty caravan, climbing on ledges and windows until she had reached the rooftops. From there she could see an entire scape of desert, beyond the buildings, to the temple and pyramid. So she would sit there for a while longer, taking in every moment of the desperately needed silence.
